“the location of the hotel is quite good. Having coffee and small snacks in the lobby area was also a nice touch. · Cons: We had requested two separate beds, and while there were two separate mattresses, they were placed on a single bed frame, so it was essentially one bed. Also, our room was facing the inner shaft of the building, which was covered at the top. There was a window, but it didn’t allow for fresh air to come in. In fact, as soon as you opened the window, an unpleasant smell came in because the room faced a closed shaft, making it pointless. On top of that, there was no natural light coming in. Additionally, a razor from a previous guest had been left in the shower. I believe the cleaning staff must have missed it.”

“A decent option for visiting San Sebastian, friendly and individual”
The best

Super comfortable bed, extremely friendly staff, and some nice touches, like free tea and coffee and fruit; hand written welcome note; and quirky old furniture and nice dried flowers to decorate the rooms. Would recommend. Good location.

To be improved

But the room was very small and down underground so little natural light.

“The location is extremely convenient if you plan on crawling around the various pintxos bars San Sebastian has to offer. The room itself is no frills but was still comfortable especially for the price. There's also a nice lounge area with some fruits and coffee to hang out in.”
