OKEANOS ECO GUEST HOUSE

This is a clean and tidy hotel, the owner is super nice and always glad to help! We loved the roof top, perfect to sun bathe on. It was a little impractical to not have a stove to be able to cook food on. Welcoming hotel and friendly guests. We will definitely go back next time in Tenerife

Amazing location! Okeanos is located in Los Abrigos town, just behind Tenerife South Airport. It is also close to the beach and a small high street full of restaurants. If you would like to explore further, bus stops are just a minute away, I would recommend Playa Los Cristianos/Playa de las Vistas (west) and Playa de la Tejita (east). Okeanos rooms are comfortable, they cover your basic needs, and they are also clean. In the common areas there is a kitchen and a living room area. Although there was no reception area, their customer service was excellent, as you can contact someone from their team through WhatsApp if there is any issue. The Manager Cami was super helpful. Thank you again for the amazing stay.

Booked 3 nights from booking.com. The room was without proper window and the staff sounded a friendly as I booked from booking , they can’t help me. Tried to cancel second and third night, by mistake was all canceled , charged 78e for the first night. The property didn’t accept to stay the first night , no matter they charged. Booking was trying to explain the mistake to the property, but they insisted me to leave , even trying to frighten with police. I suggested I can wait for the police, as I was charged for the night, then they agreed I stay. Never again to this place.
