Studio apartment (really cosy), located in south Tejita, 600-700m from natural beach (there is also naturists side towards the mountain). Really close is Los Abrigos (with really good seafood restaurants) and also El Medano town. 100m from apartment is supermarket and restaurants / coffee spots. The big plus for the apartment is underground parking. The sofa is pushed out. The pools outside the apartment are not heated.

To be improved

It was pretty hot, and AC would be a good thing for the apartment, but there is only a ventilator available. Bad was too soft for us, but it is a metter of taste. Walls are thin, but neighbors were silent.
