“Good location, poor communication from the owner, no internet or working tv. Would not stay here again”

Well I ended up in a different property to the one I’d booked. This was done without prior communication with me. I only found out after standing on the doorstep for over half an hour on arrival. It’s a good job I speak fluent Spanish as the host’s English wasn’t that good. In the end he told me to go to the new property which was a five minute walk away. He said it was a bigger apartment as I was staying the week. However, this should have been checked with me beforehand, not just done without any consultation.

To be improved

The property itself was very nice however internet connection was extremely poor and the tv never worked and despite being told twice that it would be fixed, it wasn’t. So I had nothing to watch all week and had to find somewhere else to get my work done as the internet was so poor I couldn’t stay connected.

Great location to all parts of the town. character loft apartment. Good facilities. very comfortable bed. Smart entry ensures good security...

We had a very stressful experience checking into the property using an electronic link which didn’t work. Staff were very rude, complaining that they had been on the phone to me for 20 minutes and almost accusing me of being stupid for not understanding how this worked. Turned out they had sent me some one else’s link. Very un cool
