To be improved

There was no communication with anyone except by e-mail and What's App text. The check in procedure was complicated and invasive. Shortly after I completed it someone (possibly from Ola Living) tried to log into my e-mail account. I have two-factor protection, so I cold block it. I had to provide an-email password along the way, which seems unnecessary and improper.

The location was really good and the apartment was clean, modern and very pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable and having a small kitchen was useful.

To be improved

It is not a big deal, but having a coffee machine without capsules was a little annoying.

The best

Location was perfect in the very nice neighbourhood, interior is very modern and clean, feels very cozy to be in the apartment and the street is quiet.

To be improved

The bathroom is smaller than what it looks like on photo, sink is much smaller and you cant wash your face at all there. Overall its a tiny apartment with a little bit lower ceilings than what it looks like on photos.

The best

Check-in was simple and the system worked well. I arrived at 23:45 so I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. Make sure you complete the check-in process a day or two prior to your arrival so that you receive your digital key in time. The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. It was a nice retreat from busy Barcelona. I did not find it noisy at all and I was there over a weekend in summer. The deposit was returned to me less than 24hrs after I checked out. Staff was responsive and helpful in WhatsApp.

To be improved

It is located down a narrow alley with no views, so it wasn't light and airy as I had imagined. The ceiling in my apartment #4 needs to be refinished. Between the wooden beams, it is not white like in the photo but exposed bricks with some of them cracked and hanging precariously above. There is no salt, pepper, oil etc for cooking which made it inconvenient. I also wish there was a bedside lamp for reading at night. No lamp and no plug for your phone.
