The best

The location is perfect, you can see the top of Sagrada Familia from the window and it is about a 15 minute walk away. The facilities are new and easy to operate. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by it is easy to get what you need.

Location was good. Wasted money booking a 2 bedroom when I couldn't use the 2nd bedroom due to the tenants next door. Bedroom wall was so thin you felt like they were in the same room.

To be improved

Elevator kept breaking, they did fix it twice but still an huge inconvenience as I had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. Their communication was so poor and unprofessional. They answered when they felt like it. I would not recommend or stay here again.

I was told the apartment is in Level 5. There was no Level 5. Better to say it is in Attic, level A. Got confused initially as could not find a level 5 on the lift. Also when I was sent the PIN number it was not told it is the same pin for both street level and for the apartment entrance. Security pin did not work entering from the street at 9.30 in the night. Also no one answered at the emergency number given. However overall a good stay.
