The sound proofing is very bad. The neighbors didn’t abide by the rules. There were noises all night. I don’t suggest it to families

Apartment is ok but there was a mold smell

The apartment we took had had issue with the wifi, weak in the rooms and toilets + mold smell and i requested to fix this on day 1 but no update, also on day 2 no update and also on day 3 but still no update, the lady at the reception was so rude each day i talked to get, very unprofessional, i gave up requesting and i would never recommend this place to anybody, not sure how a company would put somebody at the reception who handles customers in a very unprofessional manner.

“Lovely roomy apartment, but some inconveniences”

It was outside a bus stop and not far a walk from the other main bus routes so a great location Once we figured out the key it was super handy all of us could access the door at any time. The balcony was lovely. Large apartment which was quite modern and had enough room for a family of 6.

To be improved

There were stairs next to a disabled lift but the disabled lift was locked so we had to carry the pram up each day. There was also a large lip on the door meaning we had to lift the pram over. The blinds in the bedroom did not cover the window in full meaning it was bright. The bedrooms backing onto the internal rooms were noisy - could hear the neighbors talking and eating at night time. Some plugs in the room meant we couldn't plug in adapters as they were too close together

“THE WORST PLACE WE EVER SEEN...COULDN"T EVEN STAY ONE NIGHT! BLOOD & FECES STAINS EVERYWHERE!”

We hated the place....ended up not even staying there. We've been fighting with the property manager since the first day we arrived and we still are fighting with them because we rented this place for approximately $2000 euro and never spent one night there.

Place smelt like urine as soon as we opened to the door. The power was off just in our apartment...the rest of the building had power. We couldn't turn on any of the lights. We used the flashlights on our phones to look around. We found hair in every bed and blood and feces stains in all the bathroom towels. The property manager wouldn't even answer their phones at first....took probably 20 calls to finally get ahold of someone. I'm still fighting with them to get some reasonable form of refund....they just keep offering 5% max refund. Not sure what to do but DEFINITELY DON'T STAY AT ANY OF THE PEOPLES PROERTIES!!!!!
