The house didn't have some coffee , sugar or tea like other Airbnb have in other countries and enough bags for the garbage.. and another thing we did not like is that no others countries that i have been to an Airbnb, no hosts told me that we have to clean the house while leaving. And if we didn't, they would charge us . When you book an apartment , it is said that you pay for the cleaning as well.

Kitchen facilities are not complete. No cutting board, oven gloves.

The hotel staff failed to inform me in advance that I needed to download an app to get into the apartment. I figured that out on my own but they were supposed to send a link to use with the app that they did not send. We arrived after traveling for 12 hours and could not get into the apartment. I tried calling their emergency phone number 8 times in 10 minutes and could not get any answer. I tried texting them on whatsapp and they took forever to respond throughout the conversation, not recognizing the priority of the situation, and acted like the issue was that I didn't know how to use the app, not that they hadn't sent me the required link to open the door.
