The elevator did not work consistently.

The noise, We could not sleep well at all. We could here every step the people above us took, especially in the middle of the night. We raised the issue, but the host didn't do anything about it. Also, not enough coffee.

The check in/app process. Having to send selfies and photos of passports and signatures in advance was time consuming. Would have preferred a key to having to use phone to digitally unlock door.

The digital key lock didnt work for 2-3 times, we got stuck around 45min out the street door until someone from inside came

The on-suite shower was broken which only got fixed on the last day, the main bathroom door got stuck when trying to open it from the inside. One evening we were locked out, along with other guests, as the main door to the building was not responding, We were stuck outside for about 2 hours before another guest arrived whose husband was fortunately in the building to open for us from the inside. The property did answer the calls quickly but did not come back to me again after i was told someone was coming to open in 45 mins. This was not ideal seeing this was during a heat wave.

Nothing, it really was a perfect set up.
