“Beautiful but hot/stuffy apartment with gorgeous view, HORRIBLE Customer Service”

We loved the location, and the view of the Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, accommodating, and up to date. We were grateful for a washer/dryer plus drying racks.

To be improved

We arrived 10 minutes before our check in time and the office wouldn't activate our entry code. We sat in the stairwell and waited. The thermostat was set to 16 in the apartment but it felt like 21+ the entire time. Barely any air movement. I submitted two requests for assistance with the A/C or to get some fans and no one ever responded. I tried calling and sat on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, there were no instructions for any of the appliances, thermostat, jacuzzi tub (which did not work).

“Fantastic flat, will stay there again if we visit Barcelona in the future.”

The best

The location was perfect and close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit and near restaurants and roof top bars. It is really a high end street with beautiful views of Casa Miro across the street. The flat was bigger than what we thought it was and very luxurious we felt like royalty stepping out into the street each day and coming back to the flat was a joy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen appliances very good.

To be improved

The completion of the online forms before check-in was quite a challenge and I struggled to upload the downloaded pdf forms for each family member myself and as our check-in was after hours, was worried for about 2 days that we would not get access timeously. My office back home eventually assisted with it and we emailed it to the company and they then accepted it and provided the app for downloading with the security key so that we could access the building. once we had the access app, it was easy to get in and out of the building. The book-in process is strenuous but of course it makes it very safe and secure too, which we appreciate.

Kitchen utensils is not enough , cooker not functioning properly , there are six burners but only two are functioning. Limited dishes and bowls provided .
