The day we reached the evening, the digital key did not work for the street door, but we were lucky someone was entering the building, so we had the chance to get in. After that we went out and when we came back almost at midnight it did not work again then I called the emergency no. And he told me that they will solve the problem in few minutes, it turns over that me and my family waited in the street for an hour and a half until one of the tenants was coming in and he has a key then they send me a message the second day in the morning asking if everything is OK!!! So I was really disappointed even we liked the apartment but that ruined everything and they decided to compliment us with "2 hours extra late check out" which I believe it was not something can reward us as most of hotels and apartments give these 2 hours for there guests without having a big issue like the one we had. That is the only reason I rated this apartment badly. Otherwise, it could be I nice place to spend ur holiday in Barcelona.

Very good location, and the apartment was very nice as well. They also offered to drop off luggage at their office. However, it's a bit of a walk to their nearest office with all the luggage, so we didn't go.

To be improved

While the overall stay was good, but here is some feedback for Ola - no direct telephone contact with the company and a lot of back and forth on watsapp repeating the same question. The digital key for the main door did not work. Cellular data is a must that was not mentioned in the ad. Check out instructions asked us to clean the dishes and dispose of the garbage on the departure day when there is already a rush of leaving on time so that the clean team could clean the room. So if we had already cleaned the dishes and disposed the garbage, the only thing remaining for cleaning was the washroom and changing the sheets.
