“Amazing central location in Barcelona, great balcony.”

The best

The location was very central and in an amazing spot for the city. The apartment also had amazing block-out blinds allowing for a good nights sleep. The balcony was a nice addition and we could see the Sagrada Familia.

To be improved

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, tiny bit of noise from the street but that is ok as we knew about the location before we booked the property!

“Good family stay”

Location was excellent, walking distance to sagrada familia, restaurants, shops etc.

To be improved

Simple amenities… the balcony has a view of sagrada which is nice for drinking coffee outside in the am and a view! AC did not cool the bedrooms enough during the heat of the day but bearable… some of my family did not have access to a cell phone and needed a code for the door but seems that only an app works for keyless entry … …… washing machine major plus … just get clothes pins to line dry …other than that we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona …

“Cons: One of the bedroom doors didn’t open and trapped my sister inside. Turns out they don’t pick up the phone during the weekend only on Monday I received a response on the booking app chat (This happened on Saturday morning) Fine appartement, wonderful location, but please don’t close the doors or try to call these folks during the weekend.”

“Location is spot on ..3 mins walk to Sagrada. The tree covered promenade leading to it is very appealing. Property as such is good, and they allowed us to check in around 1pm ,which was very helpful, so we thank them for that. They also allowed the other couple to check in a day before and did not charge us city tax as they came late in the evening a day before their actual checkin. · Cons: We have stayed in Apartments within the same cost band around the world and this seemed to lack basic supplies like toilet rolls (2 provided for 4 people for 4 days )which is still okay as we just went and bought some, no kitchen towels and 1 dishwasher and washing machine tablet for 4 days.Looks like they expect people to not use them at all. However ,the placement of the air con is in the living room and one in the hallway. None in bedrooms which made the bedrooms very hot at night at this time of the year. But the most important feedback to be noted by Ola Living is that they need to ensure pest control is done regularly as we found a cockroach in the kitchen near the fridge. It disappeared before we could catch it. I think this is important as it is a private residential building that Ola Living has some apartments. I hope this feedback is helpful to make the place much better than what it is as the location is an absolute clincher”
