Location was superb - pic is from the bedroom window. Host was excellent.

To be improved

Being English tea is always a problem - yes, we are strange! Boiling water poured onto teabag in the pot and served with a small jug of cold milk - hope this helps.

“A quiet oasis away from, but also close to the north coast of Spain”
The best

It is in a very quiet location, just the birds and the cow bells. It had been a long trip from Portugal getting there, so we stayed two nights to recover. Breakfast was freshly served and we could sit inside or out under their veranda. The restaurants are mainly in Zarautz about 15minutes away. They typically open late in the evening, after 8pm. The first night we found a tapas type bar, which was Ok The second night we went on the owners recommendation to Telesforo, restaurant which she booked for us, and it was superb.

“Nice and cozy place about 20 minutes from the city”

The place is very cosy and Maria-Jesus is such a hardworking and accommodating host! She really tries to go abobe and beyond for her guests. Highly recommend!
