Location is very good 10 min to grand via by metro Metro station 5 min walk

To be improved

No flexibility 200 euro paid as an insurance to the flat It was a surprise for me before check inn

“Comfortable stay, but app issues”

Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Good kitchen facilities and close to shops, restaurants and two Metro lines.

To be improved

To check in and physically unlock the building door and apartment door, you need to ‘swipe to open’ on an app. The app was very temperamental – sometimes it would work, other times would take 5-10 minutes and 10+ tries to just open the apartment building door, even though each attempt it said ‘access granted’. I often had to quit the app, reopen the app, try to connect to a different network, use another phone… Other guests in different apartments mentioned having the same issues too. In the apartment, you are provided a key to the apartment door, but not the building door, so this is not really helpful if the app isn’t working.

“good option to stay in Madrid”
The best

Good location, close to the city center, we could walk there but also good to find parking space. The bed was comfortable. Easy to get in. Allowed to check in one hour earlier.

To be improved

Not putting top rating beacuse to my mind the apartments can get those for extra comfortable staff. Like sugar, salt, coffee, tea. It really costs few euros but add pleasure and you don't have to by salt and sugar. Not talking about coffee.

Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and bars close.

To be improved

Apartment was very basic. There were no tea and coffee provided. Room had a funny smell which we think may have been from the aircon.

“Well appointed apartment with a good location.”
The best

The apartment is very clean and well equipped, allowing you to eat in or out as you choose. It is near a supermarket for supplies, and is also near a metro station, as well as being well as being near a number of bars and restaurants. Very well located. Large wardrobe and storage space also helps.

To be improved

The bed was a little firm for us, but otherwise the apartment was well kitted out.
