The furnishings and equipment of the apartment were perfect down to the last detail.

To be improved

The landlord asked us to give notice if we were leaving early so that cleaning could be done earlier. Unfortunately, reciprocally, if the apartment was cleaned earlier on arrival, he did not offer us an earlier arrival, we had to wait until 4:00 PM.

“Nice and cosy apartment with good connection by public transport”

The best

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the view to the river was nice. Neighbourhood was safe and comfortable, little corner shop with good service saved our visit. The connection to all around by public transport was working well, even the night bus stopped few steps from the door. Communication with host was easy and they responded really quickly and every problem was solved. We had two person with mobility issues on our group and and I found this apartment suitable for us.

To be improved

There wasn't good supermarket near so it was exhausting to bring groceries. But this may not be an issue for most of travellers, it was only because of out reduced mobility.

“NiGTHMARE EXPERIENCE”

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS APARTMENT HAS BIG ELECTRICAL ISSUES!.No power since day one, Heater and water heater doesn't work. We can't cook or take showers. I had to report the problem with Booking and asked if they can move us to another apartment or give us the refund. The urban host manager, declined our requests. finally in day 2 at 8pm we got power and everything working. A guy came to show us in the electrical box how we have to resolve the issue it happens again. The stove doesnt work if the pot doent fit perfectly, so only one pot fits. The actitud from the manager was hostile and rude. Only one small " apologize" message after that horrible nightmare we went through.

“Comfy well furnished place to stay”

Close to the old town and some cool spots by the river. We'll equipped bathroom and kitchen. Well finished and comfortable. Pedro the doorstop dog.

To be improved

Limited natural light and got a bit stuffy at night.

“Superb”

The best

clean apartment, easy to access, washer and dryer were great. Short walk to the city center and tourist attractions. Host was very good with communication and made access to the apartment easy.

To be improved

kitchen was equipped adequately but better salt and pepper would have been nice as well as other typical consumables. Refrigerator had a condensation issue where water would collect in bottom drawer. If you have a car, the closest paid 24 hour parking is a 10-15 minute walk and there is no free parking.
