“Very unique house, close to the beach - suits groups but not if you want to be night owls!”

The best

The amount of space and the facilities were great. The communication from Juan-Carlos was fantastic! The location, close to the beach, was brilliant! The ease of getting into and vacating the property was excellent!

To be improved

There was a "noise curfew" after 11pm which was restrictive as, being an old house, the floor boards and stairs were very noisy without us even talking! The upstairs shower does need to looked at as some of the water outlets were not very functional but, overall, we were very happy!

The best

The style of the apartment is exceptional and the terrace too! The scope of equipment - nice (for cleaning, washing, cooking - everything was there!) The localisation to the beach - great!

To be improved

I didn't like that there is a volume indicator on the leaving room wall - it makes you uncomfortable even if there is no a party! Also, I didn't like that the rooms are not separated by the walls and doors - I understand that it is consistent with the style of the apartment but unfortunately - it is not very comfortable for couples. It is a bit too far away to the city centre - what could not be a problem during the season (since the beach is very close) but it appeared to be a problem in September when most of the pubs on the beach were closed plus it was rainy and in such a case, you prefer to go to to city centre - from which we had a problem to catch an uber, taxi etc. btw.

“Great location. Bathrooms need upgrade. Bit pricy for what is was - essentially a dormitory.”

Location was great. Despite the door code not initially working, it was very convenient after that.

To be improved

Door code initially did not work - in fairness we did request for it to be enabled slightly earlier than normally, however it seems this was not configured. The bathroom locks were cheap and had both broken - no locks. Needed more toilet rolls for a apartment for 7 people. The walls were very thin. The staircase was very squeaky.
