“La peor estancia de mi vida”
Lo único la localización.
English Version: Our experience at this accommodation in Ronda was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Below, I detail the main issues we encountered: 1. Poor management and confusing location • The accommodation’s location was not clearly indicated on Booking or other websites. It was difficult to find, and after arriving around 5:30 PM, we repeatedly called the person in charge without getting a response for over an hour and a half. • When we finally managed to contact her, she informed us that she was in Málaga and that we would need to wait another hour and a half for her to arrive. Once in Ronda, she made us wait an additional 15 minutes at the door. • For future travelers: the exact address is Calle Armiñán, number 65, although even this doesn’t resolve the poor signage. 2. Lack of basic amenities • Upon arrival, we were offered two rooms, but one of them did not have towels. We were assured there were towels in the room, but upon searching the next day, there were none. • When we tried to shower in the morning, there was no hot water because the water heater was not working properly. We had to shower with cold water. • After requesting towels, they were delivered late in the afternoon, long after we needed them. 3. Poor condition of the facilities • The so-called “hot tub” advertised is not a hot tub: it’s a plastic inflatable pool with cold, unsanitary water and completely unusable. • The ceiling in the accommodation was visibly damaged and looked like it was about to collapse. • The rooms had poor security, with locks that seemed easy to force. • There was no soundproofing. You could hear absolutely everything within the building. 4. Lack of comfort • The rooms were cold and only had a small oil radiator, which was insufficient to heat the space. • The shared bathrooms were dirty, and there was no staff to clean them regularly. Additionally, the shower was extremely small and uncomfortable.
“Very cheap and quite quiet but rooms not very comfy”
Good location on main street but not noisy
It was freezing, windows very draughty - there were a couple of small thin extra blankets in cupboard but it was still.v cold. More blankets please! Plus bathroom floors were wet through all the time
“Couldn’t sleep well”
The place is very nice and clean, staff was very helpful.
We couldn’t sleep well because everytime someone flush the toilet it does a very loud noise for 5min…
“Passable”
Price.
Check in. Flood in the evening. Strange hotel. Same because high potential
“Very, very, very strange.”
Location was ok
There were loud noises in the night. Objects including glass vases were smashed and food was scattered. The other guests were as mystified as I was. The staff said the front door was locked and nobody else got in. There were also some strange voices. I think there were poltergeists. Staff would not comment.
“Exceptional”
Yoooo this place is sick. Gangsters in the hallway outside my room offered me a free toke on their crack pipe. Insects in the bed forced me to sleep on the floor which was a great humbling experience! Grounding they call it?? Man! That bathroom was dirty AF, saved me time having a wash in the morning. Felt like I was on the Gaza strip. Worth the money though. Smelt of cheese and onion on the way to my room. I usually like cheese and onion, but this was some tangy cheese and that. Good location. Had to fight past bare spices in the kitchen to wash my hands after a dump.
Nothing everything kosher
