Ideally located Nice touch to have welcome basket, but more normal tea bags would have been appreciated as most were green tea. Some milk in the fridge would also be welcome.

It was disappointing reading previous reviews that feedback had not been acted on. There really needs to be a bin in the bathroom. The bed was really uncomfortable and the mattress needs replacing. There was no mattress cover and the sheets were thin and slippy, so during the night the bottom sheet came off and we ended up on the mattress. In February, there really needs to be a duvet. The only thing we could find was a quilt thing with no cover and a bit stained. There were no covers on the spare pillows. The kitchen sink had no plug to stop water running out, so washing up had to be done under a running tap.

“Central, dog friendly apartment”
The best

Apartment was clean and had everything needed for a stay in Alicante including some tea and coffee. Very central for bars, restaurants and tram. Dog friendly accommodation. Easy to access apartment with the key in the lockbox using the code sent to us by the owner. Good communication from the owner while we were there.

To be improved

Friday and Saturday night it is very noisy. We expected some noise due to the central location but it was very loud until about 3 or 4 am. We were unsure of the spiral staircase at first but we got used to it. Could have done with more than one towel each for the week but there was a washing machine in the apartment.
