“The room is ok, comfortable bed, we were next to the toilet so we could hear everything. The staff were nice. People kept buzzing all night, not sure if it was to get in or just random people. Should be cheaper but again it’s Alicante prices 🙄. We stayed one night and it’s fine, probably would not stay again.”

“Didn't feel very welcome. I'm pretty sure if I had a prison room it would be like this. You can tell it has lost a lot of love. Place needs a deep clean and some time and money put bk into it . I liked the extra blankets I liked the TV and comfy bed Easy enough check in · Cons: As above If you only have that one lady cleaning the whole apartments I can see why she wouldn't have time to clean properly. But it does need a deep clean. Pay someone for a day to sort it and invest in your business! Would I visit again. Yes. On my own and you're on a budget. It's basic but does the job.”

One out of 2 bathrooms was not working. Broken toilet seat. Clogged sinks. No fridge. I've been here many times over the last three years and it just seems to deteriorate a little every time. It's in dire need of maintenance and repairs from years (?) of neglect.

Right next to the train and bus station, and right next to the center of alicante!

Power went out 3 times in the 4 hours we were there relaxing. Came back on in about 2 mins each time. Was strange. Only hotel we experienced that in. We also accidentally forgot the code to the door and when we called it was very difficult to get the code via phone from them. They kept saying we didnt have a reservation with them… once we finally got in we had to go back out for water and forgot our hotel room key (100% our fault), but they were very rude when having to let us in.
