“Good stay in city center”

The apartment's location was very good—about a 5-minute walk to the Mediterranean Balcony, 15 minutes to the beach, 4 minutes to the grocery shop; in short, you can walk everywhere you want. The bus station is about an 18-minute walk, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. We booked this apartment, but due to the reconstruction, we got a different apartment—in Cavallers Street 6, located on the 4th floor. The apartment was quite good; some basic things were provided, but we were four people for five nights—we needed more cleaning agents, trash bags, and probably some toilet cleaner. The apartment has heating; the nearest trash bins are a 5-minute walk away.

To be improved

After the third night, there was a necessity for chemical treatment of the water pipes—a smell appeared. No kitchen towels.

Great location and nice cozy apartment to stay in. I would definitely come back

To be improved

We were unfortunate to be in a heavy rainstorm and the window started to leak in the kitchen. But we understand that this Spanish area is not prepared for such kind of situation

Central location, beautifully decorated apartment, great kitchen facilities, helpful staff.

To be improved

It was disappointing that the keys were not ready at check in, after paying extra for a fast AVE train so we coops arrive by 3pm (when booking.com said the property would be ready) because this was a treat for my birthday.

“Excellent location; good choice for a short stay”

The best

Excellent location in the heart of Part Alta, in a quiet street just a short walk from the cathedral. Plenty of the city's main sights within walking distance. Good air conditioner units in the main living area and both bedrooms. Both bedroom windows also have wooden shutters, which block out the light quite well (useful when travelling with children :) ). Very accommodating and responsive staff. We asked for a few extra towels and they were happy to oblige.

To be improved

The main living area (kitchen/sitting room) felt a bit cramped for four people. This didn't bother us much, however, as we were travelling with two young children. The bathroom in particular is quite small. Still OK for a short stay, though. The double bed was rather small and not that comfortable.

“Very good”

The best

Good location near the cheap municipal parking and within the old town. Well equipped. Quiet. Everything works.

To be improved

Dish towel missing. Bathroom (toilet and shower) definitely not for big people, but reasonable for most people. Living room probably a bit too small for 4 people.
