1) The worst was that the washing machine did not work and tripped the switch so the boiler stopped too. The host was quite unhelpful: neither they fixed it on the day we arrived nor on the day after. They seemed to know the problem as when I mentioned I can diagnose which of the 3 appliances sitting on the same circuit trips the switch they said it's not needed as they know it's the washing machine. When I noticed that the bolier has stopped too they asked if the water was warm (it was as the boiler had some remaining heat, but definitely not sufficient for a family of 4). I had to be pushy so that they consider it a problem. By default it only heats to 40 C, I had to tinker with its settings for the shower to get warm, it would be nice if the host let us know. When we finally (~24 hours since I let them know about the problem) had to use a public laundry some 20 minutes away by foot they refused to reimburse its price (less than 10 euro). 2) They ask for a security deposit and about a week after we left I had to text them to ask to release it. They released it quite quickly after it though. 3) Kitchen very small and lacks some utensils. E.g. only one small dirty chopping board. There's plenty of other utensils though. 4) First time you only can get in using a web app. If you have no mobile data or your battery is flat you are in trouble. 5) Wi-fi not working in the bedroom. Local mobile operator disallowed tethering, so I could not use my laptop when in bed. They need a repeater as the flat layout is stretched along a corridor.

The key lock works with bluetooth and internet connection. So I was a bit uneasy about this because I come from a different country. I was not sure it would work for me. One day before checkout they told me that I had to take out the garbage. I wish they had informed me the very first day. Also, it would help to know what is the color code of the garbage bins, different country, different rules. I was traveling for business and requested an invoice right from the beginning. I only got this after 2 working days after checkout after 2 or 3 requests. This made me uneasy since I get a hard time getting reimbursed by the company.

it was a bit musty, needed the windows open frequently or lots of condensation would build up and begin to smell.
