“The apartment location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes from the central square of the old town Marbella. There are some small grocery shops nearby, and all shops and restaurants are around the corner. · Cons: Since the apartment is in the very center of old town, it gets pretty loud early in the mornings - garbage collection, and late in the evenings - bottegas, that are literary below the windows. Once we arrived, we had to contact the owner to come and give us the key, and it took some time for him to respond.”

The apartment location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes from the central square of the old town Marbella. There are some small grocery shops nearby, and all shops and restaurants are around the corner.

To be improved

Since the apartment is in the very center of old town, it gets pretty loud early in the mornings - garbage collection, and late in the evenings - bottegas, that are literary below the windows. Noise in the bath. Parking impracticable, and personnel that attended us was kind but no enough assistance and attendance.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. Decorated to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Well equipped, clean and comfortable Lovely balcony with table and chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Conveniently overlooking the square. We will be returning throughout the year .

Apartment is very spacious and modern and has a great view over the square. Conveniently located for shops, restaurants, park and beach.

To be improved

Could do with better system to support Netflix as no English tv channels. Could do with more mugs and bowls. Just a warning…..there is a lot of nighttime noise from rubbish collection and street cleaning right outside the main bedroom windows, made it difficult for sleeping for me.
