“Perfect city vacation stay for a group of friends”

We were warmly greeted by the owner and the facilities were amazing. The kitchen was clean and easy to use, as were the bathrooms. The rooms had more than enough space to properly "move in" for a week, and the addition of a living room made our group trip cosy and very enjoyable. The balcony has a fantastic view of the main street, with many shops and public transport really close by! Parking was also not an issue; another thing we were kindly informed of before our stay.

To be improved

Nothing that the property can help, but it may be useful to keep in mind that guests should shut their windows before going to bed! Main street can be a bit noisy on the weekends, but otherwise everything was very good!

A unique authentic apartment in the centre of Santa Cruz. We arrived late but check in went well. The property is exceptionally spacious and very well equipped with everything you need, no need to buy any essentials , everything is provided eg. Condiments, foil and clingfilm etc. everything!

Noisy at times but to be expected given the position of the apartment.

“Great Place”

The best

Luxury apartment in central Santa Cruz. On one of Santa Cruz's busiest shopping streets, so can be a bit noisy first thing in the morning when all the shops are opening (around 8.00-8.30) but if you're getting up early anyway then it doesn't really matter. Otherwise, a great stay and you couldn't be more central to see all sides of the city and beyond. 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom. Kitchen well equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, large living room with TV (HDMI cable provided). 2 balconies to choose from too.

Walls are a bit thin but that's Spanish architecture for you
