The condition of this property was of poor quality. There was a very strong odour throughout the entire apartment. Especially from the bathroom that was unbearable. As can be seen in the photos the walls were stained. The owner explained that it was art and that she made them look like that on purpose. I guess art is subjective and this is up for interpretation. The paint on the front door was peeling off and on entering the property there was a broken pane of glass lying up against the wall just inside the front door of which my husband nearly sliced his leg on. Dolly was welcoming, however changed when we explained that we couldn't stay in these conditions. However, she did refund our money.
