The best

The apartment block was beautiful and very well kept. It felt very secure and safe through and through. The pools and gardens were excellent and you are allowed to use the sun loungers free of charge. The apartment itself, was open, clean and practical. The fridge had a freezer compartment too for ice and the washing machine was very handy and easy to use. The air con was superb- powerful and again easy to use. The kitchen had the basics,- we are left a starter kit that included the tea towel, dish cloth, little bottle of washing up liquid, a bin bag. These - including toilet paper and towels were not replaceable- so a trip to the supermarket is needed in the first day to get extra bits to keep you going. The location was very quiet and relaxing. Most of it included other apartment blocks. The beach was fab, literally a 2 min walk down to it with a private entrance to it. The closest supermarket is about a 10 min walk- would recommend go as early as you can to beat the heat! There isn’t much around to do for young people- as in night life or pubs- but there is an array of lovely restaurants around. So you won’t be stuck! The hosts I was in contact with (1) David- confirmed our booking, (2)- Ainara who kept me in contact t the whole trip- she was very helpful and and attentive to everything. She got back to me anytime I needed nearly instantly. And (3) Maria in reception who took the payment for deposit and sorted me out when we got there. Myself and partner stayed there for 7 days- it is an absolute perfect place to stay if you are looking to get away and truly relax. If it’s to laze by the beach and pool all day, eat good food, soak the sun up and take a true holiday away- it’s perfect for you! It’s a short taxi drive to Marbella city centre- where you can look around for the day or t take the Cata Maran To Peurto Banús! Not far from any other surrounding places like Mijas or Malaga city itself.

There are a few “negatives” to this place, but the overall experience was not affected by these. Some furniture in the apartment needed a repair- the wardrobe door was flimsy when we arrived, and an overhead light by the bed was coming out of the wall. Simple fix - nothing that affected our stay- we just avoided the wardrobe and availed of the other storage unit in the apartment. Then non replaceable items definitely should’ve been! We had 1 toilet paper and one washing machine pod (as well as others mentioned above) not a huge deal to purchase your own but for people staying only a few days might be a waste of money paying for bags of pods and rolls to leave them there or bin them. The pools only open at 12pm. Maybe that’s just a custom - however we found it to be very late to open. But the pools are fabulous so definelty worth the wait!! Lastly, the bed I found so uncomfortable- I didn’t sleep good in it at all during my stay. Better mattress or pillows might have made it that bit more comfortable - we used the spares of what we had and it was fine just not the most comfortable sleep. Overall, these tiny negatives truly didn’t alter my opinion on the stay. It’s a luxurious stay away and very ideal for relaxing sunny holiday.
