The apartment has a large balcony, and the overall design style is pretty good.

First, there's no door for the bathroom! The water from the shower leaks out. And the valve of our sink was stuck when we arrived—it took hours to fix. The scariest thing is that the hot water here is limited! Yes, limited. There are 4 people staying here. The first 3 finished their showers quickly without washing their hair, but when it was my turn, I’d just put shampoo on my hair when I found there was no hot water left. I contacted the customer service, but got no reply. There are no trash cans in the community, and we have to take our garbage with us when we leave. I ended up taking a cold shower!

Location in Elviria is great, close to beach and restaurants. The apartment is nicely kitted out, and nicely decorated. Comfy beds, great AC,s! Nice balcony/terrace but overlooking a roof. 3 nice pools on site with plenty of sun loungers. Parking is secure behind gates, but in high season very hard to get a space, plenty of space on road outside though. Great communications with office located on site.

To be improved

No door to toilet/bathroom from bedrooms. Very leaky shower, floods the bathroom when on full power. pillow situation could be improved.

“Excellent overall and would highly recommend!”

The best

I really loved how clean and well-maintained the property was. It had a warm, welcoming feel the moment I walked in. The layout was practical and spacious, with plenty of natural light coming through. The location was also fantastic ! close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet. The amenities provided were a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home

Perfect location, lovely property We had a comfortable stay

The apartment had a bit of a bad smell, some of the bathroom equipment has broken and just laying around, toilet brush, shower handle. The kitchen could do with a bit more cutlery and dishes, plus more equipment but overall all no major complaints.
