“Avoid this unsafe, noisy studio.”

Very noisy parties in adjacent apartments and the studio’s patio doors didn’t close/lock which made the stay very unsafe so we left after 2 nights of a four night stay due to the noise men in the room above and concern that anyone could just come into the studio. After reporting the issue and requesting the problem to be resolved the host was very hostile and said I should call the police about the noise, this was not something I was prepared to do as a solo female on holiday with two children. We ended up having to leave and pay for 2 hotels for the remainder of the stay, the host refused to give any compensation despite the studio being unsafe. Other issues included no air con, the beds are like sleeping on a hard floor and it’s described as a 1 bed apartment however it is a studio not an apartment. The experience ruined our holiday.

The aircon stops every 2 hours, it’s annoying. There were no Chanels on the TV so it was useless. And I was asked to throw my own garbage outside the property.

The best

recently renovated with all needed facilities around. pools, sea, lifts, good size balcony. 2 supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants around 4 min drive. Marbella is approximately 15 min drive from the place.

To be improved

mattress (from one side it was completely fall through). even if the apartment has been recently renovated, the whole complex is a very dated.
