“A beautiful and peaceful apartment right in front of the sea with wonderful view and fully equipped.”

The best

The location is great! not so many nice beaches in Marbella area but this one is sandy and beautiful and 10 Mts away from the apartment. Very quiet area and the view of the apartment directly to the sea from the rooms and the terrace was fantastic! we could sleep with the sound of the waves!

To be improved

Perhaps the address given needs to be updated as twice our gps was lost sending us somewhere else in the neighbourhood. We managed to arrive from the pictures received by sms by the host. But the real address sent us somewhere else. Seems the humidity has run down a bit the doors in the bathrooms, but just a minor thing. Perhaps the fact that the parking fills up quickly and then you need to look for parking outside the property.

“Fine for one night but wouldn’t stay again”

We loved the view from the balcony and the layout of the apartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen had 1 laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod.

To be improved

We found check in complicated. Essential to communicate with the staff via what’s app. Be aware this is not a hotel or even regular vacation rental. The complex was deserted, most pools were still closed, and non of the pools have a sea view. The beach outside the complex is in a run down dirty area. There’s no cafe or bar in the complex. Have to take a bridge across the highway to groceries etc. I always laugh when I see reviews that complain about pillows but I have to say these pillows were pathetic. Thin, plastic, and without proper pillow slips.

“Exceptional”

The best

The view and location. Parking was available near premises as we were in November. Few restaurans near by which were good. But most important is that morning coffee in the balcony with the view and sound of the sea under palms... that was priceless.

The location was second to none. Right on the beach with beautiful views.

It was very small and basic, like it had been furnished and decorated as cheaply as possible. The whole place was in need of a complete overhaul. No worktop space in kitchen, master bedroom tiny (just a few inches to walk round bottom of bed). From shower door off the rails, over bath shower head taped up, leaking and popping out of its housing mid-shower. All sliding doors were stiff or didn’t slide, drawer front fell off in my hand (bruising my shin). WiFi was hit and miss. Parking misleading, says there is parking, but it was a total free-for-all and we never managed to get a space.

Location is very good. Not applicable for breakfast. Good swimming pools. No enough parking spaces. No supermarket in the complex. No blankets enough.

To be improved

Enough spaces for parking. More blankets, and towels. Small supermarket, and restaurant.
