The best

Fantastic location with views of the port right from the apartment windows. Quiet residential area with nearby supermarket (Eroski), bus stop (Pekabea), and park (Harria Pakea). Easy transport to city center and train/bus stations via bus No.13 (15 minutes). Pasaia and San Pedro Casco Viejo are within walking distance (20 min). Smooth check-in and overall cleanliness. Recycling bins provided. Big, fluffy towels were a nice touch. WiFi speed was okay

To be improved

Apartment is poorly equipped – no washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. Furniture and appliances are very outdated. Hot water supply needs maintenance – cannot be used in kitchen and bathroom at the same time. Very thin walls – poor sound insulation; you can hear neighbors clearly. Host declined to cover laundry costs despite the lack of washing facilities. In the room with two beds there was an uncomfortable hard mattress. “Tourist go home” - there was a note on the outside door, affected a bit on our overall impression, but we faced with no problems from the neighbours Moldy rooms - there was a smell of mold and humidity inside the rooms, especially common guest room with TV.

“it wasn't comfortable for us”

The best

Like the apartment as a space and the terace the kitchen is fit with all you need and that I had shops around like 5 min walk - Eroski supermarket We had an issue with the shower and toillet and the host came straight away to repair it

To be improved

The apartment was cold and we had a lot of noisy neighbours...we couldn't rest proprely. We moved our bed from the bedroom to the living room because a little child start crying by night every few ours in our heads :(. After that in the living room on top of our heads we had some parties till 2-3 am .....2-3 days in a row in the week time not weekend :) The walls are very thin....
