The shower drain is clogged, and the water doesn't go down properly. It's quite annoying but the rest everything was ok.

“The rooms were a good size. The hotel was situated right near to Plaza Mayor and all of the bars & restaurants. The walled city was just a few minutes walking distance. Overall this is a very good boutique hostal. · Cons: Nothing”

“We found very helpful and pleasant staff and a clean and comfortable room The girl at the reception in Hotel Don Carlos really helped us on our arrival .We had a problem with our room and she immediately transferred us to another room - even better at no extra charge. We didn’t see her again but we would like to thank her . All was very good”
