There were some problems with the electricity in the first few days of our stay, but the staff were very prompt and responsive, so this little glitch with the electricity didn't cause any tension at all. The problem was fixed as soon as possible and we were able to continue enjoying our vacation. The apartments require a bit of renovation and general refreshing, but overall everything was good! The view from the balcony on the ocean made it possible to enjoy breakfast prepared right there in the apartment and in the evening to drink sangria and discuss the events of the day. The location is very good. Far enough from the noisy promenade, but close enough to walk there. There was a private parking lot with a drop-down barrier, so there were no problems with parking near the apartments. Once again I want to praise and thank the staff! I really enjoyed communicating with them!

The sofa bed looked well worn and not that comfortable. The bathroom cabinet also well worn. Though all working well.

Dirty bad mattress, the middle always slumped down to an incline, so we woke up in a ditch in the middle with the sheets curled up around us, then we discovered the dirty mattress. Also the washing machine for clothes was having a live electric current, when i tried to pick up my clothes i got constantly shocked with a live current. When I told the company, they said it was because my hands were wet and ignored everything else. Something was terribly wrong with the thing, and they said it was fine...

“Torture with no sleep and ignorant host!”

Torture! No sleep!! The communication and amenities of this place are simply not acceptable. Avoid! On arrival the room was over 35degrees. When I questioned where the fan was the woman responded with ‘ah yes it’s usually stood there I will get it brought immediately’. After asking continuously where the fan was I was ignored for the first 3 days followed by lies and promises which were not delivered on. This resulted in us having no sleep for 5 nights. The conditions were unbearable forcing us to have doors open hearing the bus station and unmentioned building works through the night. The WiFi did not work for the whole stay and have incurred significant charges as a result. We were only given one key which gained entry to and from the pool making it impossible as a couple to even go to the shop separately. When asked if we could borrow a key to sit by the pool until our flight we were yet again completely ignored.

Great location of the apartment, close to the restaurants and the beach, but with calm surroundings. Access to the pool in the building. All essentials in the apartment. People from the agency very super friendly and helpful with all the questions and tours.

To be improved

Bedsheets weren't well fitted, rolling each night, making you sleep/wake up directly on the mattress. However it is an easy fix.
