“One week business travel (african canadian)”

The best

The location is good. Enjoyed the free parking on the street.hotel has paid parking of €10 per night but didn't use it. The room is ok. The breakfast is decent. The pool is not like in the image, its a standard gym pool with lanes. They is a gym but it and the pool opens from 7am to 10pm. Walking distance from a Aldi store.

“confirmed BED BUGS/punaise de lit/chinche”

Was there for the Valencia marathon on Dec. 7, 2025, booked through the official race organizer, Transviasport. Was bitten by bed bugs during the stay and it's confirmed, I saw and bagged several bed bugs. I had allergic reactions to the bites and was taken to the hospital. The hotel and the booking agency currently refuse to compensate. It was also not pleasant dealing with the hotel staff. Please practice caution.

Very friendly staff Rooms are fresh and clean Pool has to be pre-booked for guests as it is used for local activities and lessons Need a car from this hotel to go anywhere, 30 mins from Airport & 15 mins from city centre Parking €10 per day in there own underground car park Food is tasty and basic No bar, or evening entertainment Local cafe & bar 2 mins walk is fantastic, TIRANA ALDI only across road for snacks

“A hotel horror”

My stay at this 4-star hotel was extremely disappointing. My mum arrived earlier in the afternoon and was made to wait for two hours by unfriendly staff who were rude to her throughout. She asked them to notify her when we arrived since her phone wasn't working, but they failed to do so. Upon our arrival, we were given two twin rooms instead of the double bedrooms we had booked, which was frustrating since we were traveling as couples. To make matters worse, the sheets in our rooms were dirty. When we went to reception to request a room change, they told us they were fully booked and that we'd have to wait until the next day. It wasn't until 4 pm the following day that a room became available, but by then we had already been kicked out of our original room and told to share with my sister—a huge inconvenience as we were all trying to get ready for a wedding. The unhelpful attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome, which was shocking for a hotel with a supposed 4-star rating. On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty, with hair in the bathtub, no toiletries provided, and to our surprise, no irons available, making it impossible to prepare our clothes properly. And there was views of horrible buildings. Overall, the service was far below what we expected, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

“Warning ! Thieves”

Please stay away from this hotel! Not only service is terrible, far from 4* standards.. spa and pool area is used by public, so if you wanna chill at the swimming pool you'll probably have a hard time relaxing. You can't even get a proper glass to the room, so be prepared for a paper ones.. but most importantly KEEP YOUR CASH WITH YOU BECAUSE THE STAFF IS STEALING AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY, they won't even say sorry.. their response was " why didn't you use safe". AVOID AT ALL COST

“Good hotel friendly staff”

This is my fourth time at this hotel as I use it when I am at the MotoGP in Valencia weekend. Hotel staff friendly as always. The rooms have been updated since my last visit and are more than adequate for a few days. Only used the restaurant this year for breakfast and at €8.50 is very good value. Plenty of choice and all food quality food. This year we stayed in room 103. I would not recommend this room as it is directly above the front entrance, and we soon found out especially in the early hours it was very noisy. People standing out laughing and chatting vey loudly at all hours on the early morning and night, so we didn’t get much sleep. The room cleaner whoever they were did an excellent job. Other than this I would definitely stay here again but would ask for a room on one of the higher floors.
