The best

Very warm and friendly reception by Salud. She checked us in quickly and efficiently, as we were racing off to do a tour of the national park, and supplied us with plenty of water and orange juice to take with us. Same the next day, on our departure. She is a great asset to the hotel! Breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel is comfortable, and with many interesting artefacts, and is in a superb location. Very peaceful.

To be improved

We thought the description said our deluxe room would have a view of the lake, but it didn't. In fact, I think only 2 of them have the little terrace with lake view (we were shown one, for next time!) Maybe Booking.com needs to update that information

“A stay in Paradise”
The best

The property is breathtakingly gorgeous and very well maintained. With views from the breakfast/coffee room, you can see the wildlife in the estuary. Just amazing. Salud, who manages the property, will always be in our thoughts. She was just lovely !

“The hotel is beautiful and cosy, and as birdwatchers it was greatly situated as we had a terrass towards the lake. Room was comfortable, clean and cosy. The only that brings it down was that even though we was told that breakfast would be available at 8:30 no one was there and when we left around 10 still no one had showed up.”

The best

De hotel manageress was super lief, aardig en hulpvaardig. We felt right at home and immediately welcome. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet with beautiful views at the back looking over the park. Highly recommended!

To be improved

The bedroom was on the small side but apart from this, everything was beatifully in order.
