The Beverly Hills is a beautiful complex . Very clean in all areas .Our apartment was great , very spacious and had all we need . Cleaners came during our stay n changed beds n gave us clean towels . Our apartment had lovely sea view and was very quiet where it was .

To be improved

I couldn’t find any fault other than it is up a very steep hill . Not advised for anyone who has mobility problems. But they do have a bus than runs down to the main strip during the day .

“Fabulous hotel”

The best

This is our 2nd time to come to this hotel. We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely balcony with 2 sun loungers. And another balcony with table and chairs. Staff cannot do enough for you. Lovely lifeguard at the pool ,so friendly and helpful and interacts with the children.

To be improved

There is nothing i didn't like or can fault. To be and my family we loved it. At night it is so peaceful and quiet. The hill obviously up to the hotel is a nuisance, hard walking it in the heat but that is a minor complaint and sure it keep you fit.. another thing the shuttle bus that runs on the hour down to las vistas beach is great. We would get the bus down in the evening, walk around las Americas and either get a taxi back 10e or walk back along the prom to los cristianos and get taxi 5e or walk back up hill. .lovely evening doing that.. We didn't have food in the hotel,we were self catering and used supermarket just across the road as one on site is expensive in my opinion. Lots lovely places to eat close by so we loved going somewhere different

“Excellent I would return”

The best

I loved that our room had views of the ocean and pool. The bedroom on the top floor was an ensuite with a private balcony which was excellent with two loungers. The apartment was newly refurbished and had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The host at breakfast was always friendly.

To be improved

The breakfast buffet was very hectic and rushed it wasn't a great way to start the day it felt like a camp holiday restaurant. The food was average and there were never any bananas also the tea and coffee machine was not able to cope with the demand. I think serving tea and coffee would minimise the waiting and standing around. My sister put her daughter in the kids club and when she went back to pick her up she wasn't there which wasn't great. She was waiting at the reception of the wrong hotel and was safe but I think if there is a language barrier always pick up your kids where you dropped off might be the solution. She did enjoy the kids club.

Reception staff really friendly. Life guard Victor was exceptional and really helpful and made my little boys holiday. Bar great good snacks for lunch. Lovely sea view. It was superb

To be improved

Uphill but we knew that and we are fit to walk wouldn’t be suitable for those with disabilities etc

Friendly staff. Love this family-feel resort that is just a stone's throw from the bigger more action-packed resort next door. We get the best of both worlds.

To be improved

Check in took a little longer than usual. WiFi and TV channels are not always stable. Some quite serious building structure work was taking place in our bathroom during our stay that left very strong fumes in our apartment
