Im not going to lie. I read the reviews before I flew, and I was worried.
I had a 5 day stay here with my son and the positives far way out of any negativity
The staff were so friendly and helpful,
Our rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. We couldn't get any uk tv channels, but heyho, you're on holiday. Sit in the balcony and relax with a drink
The power showers are amazing, and the hotel areas are very clean. The couple who ran the pool bar was wonderful and a great playlist.
The pool is clean and tidy, and the bar food is very inexpensive, as are the drinks.
We included breakfast in our package, and I'm so glad we did. What an amazing smorgasbord of delight. Buffet style from full English to pastries, breads, cereals , hams , cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, juices, teas, and coffees.
We used 2 teabags as quite weak
Shops a stone throw away as are restaurants.
The luna Pizza restaurant is Italy in Spain. It's amazing pizza, pasta, and my new favourite,caprese salad 🥗 😋
In reference to noise from other reviewers, I get it. If it's the heart of the season, you expect noise. People want to enjoy themselves. Book a quiet hotel, or go off season
We didn't experience obnoxious noise, only night arrivals going to their rooms and cleaners cleaning rooms for change over. Again, to be expected,
The only negative was that the fire alarm went off twice in the night, and we evacuated, but no staff appeared. No sense of emergency or evacuation plan. It was someone smoking in their room both times, but a staff member showing some responsibility would have been more reassuring. Maybe they know where it is and isolated it. I can't say!
With that, I would definitely go again, off season.
We stayed in the second part of the hotel opposite reception facing the garden, and it was absolutely lovely.
