“Very Disappointed..”
The best

Hotel needs refurbishment for the rates they are asking. Bugs all over, furnitures and bed in awful condition. It's not staffs fault to handle peoples complaints. What's was most annoying is keys system is so sensitive being closer to mobile phones as I had to go down to reception a few times a day from 11th floor to reset as unable to get in. Food not as great especially for the country's cusine- I am on holiday in in Spanish Islands not in Plymouth. Definitely not a 3 star hotel for its current standards & condition.
