“Overall we were happy to stay there and would return.But definitely need to sort out a safe.”

Room was a decent size as was the toilet,food was ample and plenty staff in dining area were always polite and busy.

To be improved

Not a lot of information in room regarding WiFi and how to connect.We couldn't get the safe to work even though we asked at reception maintenance didn't arrive.The receptionist were really busy all the time.Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.But you really need a safe place for your valuables.

The best

It’s a lovely hotel with a pleasant ambiance. The rooms are clean, convenient, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach.

To be improved

Some essential standards were missing during our stay. There was no complimentary bottle of water, even on the first day as a welcome gesture, no hair conditioner, and only one hand towel for two guests. Additionally, we had to be charged a fee just for having an iron in the room for a few hours. These are basic expectations for a 4‑star hotel, and their absence, along with the extra charge, was quite disappointing.

The best

The hotel was fine the staff all very nice. It would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water in the rooms as we arrived early hours due to flight delay. The machine wasnt working. The lovely receptionist did provide us with some water once we had returned empty handed from the machine. The rooms are a little dated and balconies unusually postioned it strange corners etc but not an issue as only there 2 nights. The pool area was pleasant and the bar was inside the hotel but still close to the outside area. Breakfast was fine
