“Disappointed”
The best

I do lots of research before booking yet this was not up to expectation. Nothing is in English, there was no food when we arrived on site at 8pm, we were told it's booked and that's that. I had a hungry 5 year old so went to the snack bar and pleased until I was made a cheese roll. The other restaurant on site was never mentioned to us, we weren't given any information. We booked the snack bar at 9pm two nights later and it was dead. The Buffet restaurant opens at 9 til 11. It's just disorganised and yet has so much potential. Pools don't open til 11. The kids club is laughable! A tiny room manned at random hours. This place could be amazing but no one seems to want to help. The timings are random and there were plenty of people in front of me asking for the manager. Pools were lovely but only 10 beds round one and we had to sit on the floor! The other has more but you have to get there before the pool is open! Room was lovely but lift didn't work all the time and we were on the top. When we called to speak to reception it's an answerphone in Spanish only. Sorry but would not recommend or return.
