Bed was way too soft. No support for the spine. From 1-10 It was uncomfortable about 20.

Breakfast was okay. I was a bit confused about the placement of things at first (salt & pepper) but I eventually figured it out. That is also something they should consider including. Location was VERY convenient, right on the Main Street, I was able to get to all of the streets that I wanted seamlessly.

To be improved

The hotel needs a gym and the elevator broke down on my last day so that should be looked at. There was also a slight smell in the room. There was 2 separate smells, one coming from the toilet and one that existed in the room in general that smelled a bit like sweat.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Had a very early flight to catch so did not get chance to try breakfast Reception staff were very nice

To be improved

Bits of paintwork needed touching up especially in the bathroom behind the door. Couldn't get the overhead shower to work so had to use the handheld attachment

“Convenience of where it was situated. · Cons: Room was on the second floor so facing Main Street so room quite dark. At breakfast I asked one of the staff for more orange juice she continue washing up then proceeded to wash the kitchen floor so I gave up and left!”
