“Lovely location and helpful staff. Clean rooms and good facilities”

The best

Really good location and very clean hotel that looks quite fancy! The beds are very comfortable with a proper duvet and pillows. The air conditioning is very good which is needed for the hot summers. The pool was a beautiful addition too.

To be improved

The staff were initially really helpful. However we were charged €64 for 2 days of breakfast at the end! This was really frustrating and disappointing as we were explicitly told that the breakfast was included in our trip. We cannot stress that enough! We didn’t think we’d booked breakfast but was assured it was included but was then told at the end to pay. So we were eating breakfast where we wouldn’t have gone because we thought it was free! The aircon also points directly to your face whilst you sleep which can make it difficult. Some English tv channels would be great for the price of the room but that is okay! Everything else was lovely.

“One Shot Conde Torrejón was a fantastic place to stay during my trip to Seville. The hotel has a modern, artistic design that feels fresh and unique. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The location is excellent — in a lively neighborhood, close to bars, restaurants, and just a short walk from the main attractions. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus for cooling off in the afternoon. Staff were welcoming and professional. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect spot for a solo break”

The best

My room was enormous, and the ceiling is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in a hotel. The bed was HUGE, and the pillows were so comfortable. The staff are outstanding and so friendly. The pool area is great, and although there aren't many sun loungers, it was never busy when I was up there. The location is perfect - seconds walk to endless restaurants, cafes, bars and things to see and do.
