“Cons: Bathroom flooded every shower no matter how tight you held the door shut. Bed was also so tiny and sunk on the right side and felt like we were falling off all night plus the walls were all so marked it felt dirty”

It was run down and not well kept.

To be improved

I booked two rooms. In one room the air conditioning did not work. We made several complaints and they sent people to “fix” the problem. They are claiming the problem was fixed but it never was. I demanded my money back for one of the room but they refused. Horrible place. It was very run down for the price. Find another play to stay!!

Excellent helpful staff very close to Prado Museum. Many tapas bars around supermarkets, close, walking distance to all the major attractions
