Staff was kind and helpful.

To be improved

Management uses "volunteers" to circumvent paying their staff. Providing guarantees of housing and promises of payment but is known to not deliver. They will remove these volunteers from their housing in order to make room for guests. Blatant labor exploitation.

I had a really pleasant experience during my stay. The staff were great—always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with anything I needed. Their warmth created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived.

The best

This was my second time staying at this hostel, and once again it was a great experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and has an awesome social vibe. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Big shoutout to Cátia for going out of her way to offer great tips that made my trip easier and a lot more fun. Highly recommend this place – I’ll definitely be back again!
