The check-in was very complicated, and I waited for about 20 minutes in front of the door, waiting for them to open. I also requested my invoice through a phone call and the Booking.com chat, but they never got back to me.

The broken electric code lock was a nightmare. There weren't any keys, so it was really really, stressful, because each and every time we didn't know if we could open the doors by ourselves. There was a time that I tried to open it with the code for more than ten times and had to call the host for help. And it seemed that the hosts knew about that problem before and didn't do anything about it.

The noise - I am used to noise but despite apartment is great it has thin windows so you could hear all the buses and noice from street (needs some noise reduction - maybe 3 glass windows?) + has thin walls so you could hear people next door
