“I am happy to book this hotel again if I visit Barcelona next time.”
The best

The location of this hotel is great. I can easily connect to airport bus and also metro in Barcelona. The room was very clean. I have to thank the front desk for helping connecting the taxi that I ordered via booking.com when it came late without any prior notice. I tried to contact the vendor by myself but somehow my phone did not work.

To be improved

In the room I could hear other people talking because my room was next to the patio. Sometimes I found it noisy.

“Avoid if you want to sleep and receive customer service”
The best

The toilet in my room was broken, and water kept leaking from the cistern, making a constant, very annoying noise. Even with the bathroom door closed, the noise could be heard in bed, making it impossible to sleep. The first night, I arrived late and very tired, so I didn't say anything. In the morning, I reported the problem to reception and asked if they could fix it. They nodded as if they knew about the problem, and assured me a technician would fix it. I returned at 6:00 PM, and the noise was still there. I went back to reception, and they told me they knew nothing about it, that the technician had already gone home, and that they would fix it the next day. I mentioned that I needed to sleep. They said they would send housekeeping. I returned after dinner, late in the evening, and the noise was still there as before. I went back to reception to ask if they had earplugs. They said no, and that they would send someone the next day. I mentioned again that I wanted to sleep. The response was: I'm not a technician, I can't do anything. I received no apology from any of the three people I reported the problem to. The problem remained unresolved, resulting in two sleepless nights. Avoid.
