“Excellent choice if you are good with stairs and travel light”
The best

Excellent, central location. Has a views of the river and popular pedestrian street. Beautiful apartment. Nice host. AC works well (good in Girona, since it has a lot of bugs).

To be improved

Long, steep, narrow stone stairs to reach even the lowest apartment in the builsing. The street has bar/restaurant noise until fairly late in the evening, although the windows do seal most of it out. Occasional confusion interacting with host over messaging system.

The apartment is as described and thoughtfully decorated. I would definitely recommend it.

To be improved

The staircase is mentioned as being narrow and it is quite narrow. A carry on bag is about all you want if you are staying in the 2nd or 3rd floor.

“Lovely light apartment with great views”
The best

The apartment is right in the centre of the Ramblas in the old city. It is very light and has great views onto the street and the river. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. A very short walk from cafes, restaurants, the cathedral. The host was proactive and accessing the apartment was very easy.
