Outside was a little dirty but we went at the end of the day so it’s maybe because of the other renters

“The apartments are in a good area although they on a street corner with bars so expect loud evenings.There are also quite few rough sleepers on the street and expect to be asked for money - often. · Cons: The Opera apartments appear to be a consortium who develop whole blocks into short stay flats - all about the return. The apartment was cramped and tight, no where to put bags etc. The pool is small but still a pool. But the big problem.was the plumbing does not work. Returning from dinner on our first night we showered but the drains do not work at all at & at midnight our apartment flooded with inches of water in the bathroom and hallway. This we could see was not the first time the skirting boards were all swollen with flood damage. After some.negotiation we.were moved the next day, but our 2 nights in Seville were ruined by sleeping one night in flooded apartments and having to move the next.. I am still waiting for a refund.for the night we were flooded.out. Both Opera apartments and Booking people were very good during this experience - but as I say still waiting for.my refund. Ps.he bed is a double not a queen”
