“Overal experiences was ok”

We like the location which was close to everything and nice neighbourhood of Madrid. and also a tiny fridge in the room was very good and helpful.

To be improved

We did not like the virtual lock system and also the shower system which we think was not right for a tiny shower area.

“Nice stay”
The best

The location was so nice, we only used the metro to go to the train station since we could walk around Madrid with ease. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that we had a TV where we could watch Youtube and Netflix.

To be improved

The room was small but it was okay for us. The walls were thin and you could hear other people walking in the corridors but we didn't mind it as much.

It's a very good central location. It's a clean, tidy place.

To be improved

The wifi didn't work in my room The TV worked the first night then couldn't get a signal. The entry procedure is too stressful. You don't have a key. You use your phone to unlock the doors through a website. I have no idea how you go on if your phone dies. There is no one at the place to help. A couple of time I was struggling with signal and couldn't get in my room.

Brilliant location! Walking distance to everything, including restaurants, attractions and public transport. Small but clean.

To be improved

Wifi was very poor, making building access difficult. The TV is Netflix enabled, however we had no wifi in the room so couldn’t use it.

“Really easy online keys and friendly emails with information. Room was really nice and location was great · Cons: Not really the hotels fault but the guests next door were really loud all night and all early morning. Due to the fact that it's staffless there wasn't really much we could do about it”
