The stay was different from the normal hotel

The accommodation was run down dirty in places, the electrics in the pods were dodgy, so very difficult to charge any devices. The music in the foyer was faulty and stuck on the same 5 notes for several hours. The pods are noisy to get into and out of.

“Sleepless nights”

Alberto and his sister. They both were attending the reception and were very helpful and very nice people. The Intermodal bus station is within a short walking distance, which is good. Capsules were right sized for one person, no complaints on the space.

To be improved

The showers and bathroom area weren't clean. At least the female bathroom. This is due to people being disgusting and not taking care of "public" spaces. The capsules were right sized, but everything else inside it was uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin yet very hard, making it difficult to rest with ease. On the other hand, the pillow was very thin, almost paper thin. It felt as if the head was resting on top of the mattress. The worst, I think, was the light. It is impossible to sleep in darkness. Blue light from the corridor illuminates everything inside the capsule every time someone moves in the corridor, which is constantly, at every hour. If the capsule in front or behind have their lights open, it enters directly inside your own. Same as noises, everything can be heard. I had someone coughing constantly from some part of the room, and I could clearly hear it.

“Nice staff but noisy pods”

Really friendly staff, clean and good location.

Pods are so noisy - there are two layers so you can hear every time anyone in the pod above or below you moves, as well as every time anyone in the room gets into or out of their pod. It’s basically impossible to sleep due to the noise. It seems like a great idea but the pods just don’t seem to have been designed well enough for it to work.
