“The location was super, right in the center of Madrid. Spotless, reality clean. · Cons: There was sewage smell.in the showers in the basement, but i think it's not their problem, perhaps due to the sewage system in the atea.”

“Good for a short stay if you are on a budget”

The best

The capsules are comfortable and spacious. However, I found a bed bug in mine and the pillow cover wasn’t too clean.

To be improved

The bathrooms were not too clean. The ones on the ground floor had a really bad smell, so everytime you enter the building it smelled of pee.

The best

The best thing is the location. It is in the heart of Malasana, near shops, restaurants, buses and metro. Absolutely great. Staff is welcoming and very helpful, they were all very nice. Pods are overall comfortable. I got an upper one and it was easy enough to enter, but not completely smooth. There was a broken step in the ladder and I think overall you need a bit of physical ability to use both the upper or the lower pod. Inside of it I would only have given a little room for dirty things from the outside, such as trousers and socks, or the small bag I always have with me. In the end I had to put all at the end of the bed. There was more than enough room, but I don't like putting dirty things in the bed. The rest was very comfortable. Mattress and bed linen, all clean and comfortable. There were lights, usb ports, normal plugs, mirror, tv, a cushion on the wall behind the head, enough space over the head. I have to say it was comfortable. The only problem I had was that after a while during the night I sort of missed a bit of air. I was also given a big locker outside the pods room to put all my stuff. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Showers were ok. The dining space is big enough, it has tables, chairs, microwaves, fridges and cupboards.

To be improved

The main problem is that air is missing almost everywhere. I haven't seen an open window in two days. The conditioning is everywhere but it is not always enough. In the pod after several hours of sleeping the air seems a bit consumed. In the shower/toilet room there was too much humidity. It didn't smell good. I would suggest to put an air dehumifier or air purifier. They must improve that part. It is clean, but the smell and the humidity is not great. There were two common big fridges but they were completely full. I think they should give a max space to customers because someone had a lot of things.

“Really nice stay and experience”

The best

The Personal was really nice and have answered all questions and give you all the instructions how does the cabin works. The place is really nice and clean, you will enjoy the experience.

To be improved

Due to the ventilation in the main men's bathroom the could be a bad smell, but you could directly identify that it's just a ventilation problem, it doesn't have relationship with the cleaning of the bathrooms, which is really good.
