“The apartment was well equipped with everything anyone could need for a stay in Madrid. The kitchen and the bathroom were really nice and the whole apartment was well decorated as well. It is located very close to the city centre so you can do everything walking and the host is extremely nice and always ready to help! · Cons: We were looking forward to having a double bed but we had twin beds instead which could be not so comfortable sometimes. Although the apartment was close to the city centre, the area could be feel a little bit unsafe at night. However, nothing happened throughout our stay. Besides that, the apartment also has an outside area which can also feel quite awkward but, once again, it is not a big problem.”

“More like overpriced student digs”

To be improved

Really poor accommodation. More like student accommodation. Essentially a room made from a corridor around a central outdoor space. Very little natural light as just a small external window (60x30). Beds were lightweight with poor quality linen and duvet/ quilt very thin with one pillow. Similarly one thin cheap towel each and shower room smelt of damp. Very disappointing
